New Lunch Clubs in Partnership with CDD NHS Foundation Trust

Posted on Thursday, 14 September 2017 10:13 am | Category: Darlington A brand new set of lunch clubs aim to assist older people in gaining weight and becoming more healthy

Do you or an older person you know feel they're losing too much weight, or have been identified as underweight?

We’re working in partnership to support people in Darlington to meet new people, have a nutritious meal and help improve their nutritional health. We’ll offer useful advice, monitor weight to help create goals and assist people in becoming more active.

Lunch clubs will take place around Darlington in order to provide more dedicated care to support people in managing their nutritional health.

Transport to and from Lunch Club venues is available if required.

For further information contact Dave Regan on 01325 362832 or Catherine McShane on 07717480208.

Undernutrition Lunch Clubs are accessed by GP or Community Nurse referral.
