How we will respond
In every case, we will treat your complaint in full confidence and follow the below procedure:
- We will always treat your complaint seriously.
- We will endeavour to address complaints made by telephone, writing, e-mail or in person within 5 working days.
- If we need to make further investigations, we will confirm that we have received your complaint and seek to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
- Where further investigations are required, we will seek to conduct an internal review to improve our services where possible.
