  • Activities - The Day Break project provides day activities to help reduce loneliness and isolation across Skipton
  • Information & Advice - Tailored advice both by telephone and face to face, providing support with benefits, housing and more.
  • Personal Support Navigator - Funded by Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven Clinical Commissioning Group, this service aims to tackle lonelienss and isolation for residents identified by local health partners as most at risk of crisis without intervention.
