Throughout South Craven, Age UK North Yorkshire & Darlington offer the following services:

  • Activities - The Day Break project provides day activities to help reduce loneliness and isolation across Skipton
  • Information & Advice - Tailored advice both by telephone and face to face, providing support with benefits, housing and more.
  • Personal Support Navigator - Funded by Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven Clinical Commissioning Group, this service aims to tackle lonelienss and isolation for residents identified by local health partners as most at risk of crisis without intervention. 
  • Good Friends - The Good Friends project connects people who need an extra little help with people within the community who can offer them support.
