Our Information & Advice service provides free, impartial advice on a range of issues that older people face, including housing, benefits and support.
We encourage independence and social inclusion through a range of activities which take place across the area, ranging from social support groups to exercise activities.
We help to combat loneliness for socially isolated older people through our Befriending service, pairing older people with befrienders to provide companionship.
Good Friends is about creating a network of informal volunteers who share their time with people in need of extra support

Our Meals at Home service provides a hot, nutritious two course meal for older people delivered to their door at an affordable price.
Ageing Well offers a light-hearted afternoon of activities and friendship every Monday at Kirk House.
Encouraging veterans of all forces to come along, share experiences and socialise with other veterans, with regular days out.
Sit down and shape up! These specially designed classes are for older people to become fitter and increase their confidence.
