Our Gentle Years Yoga is run by a professional tutor and involves a gentle 1 hour session of Yoga to help you to keep supple and improve balance. This is followed by a half hour of relaxing and refreshment and an opportunity to make new friends.
This activity is limited to 10 participants to allow plenty of room for movement but we currently have several spaces free.
