You are never too old to exercise! Exercise is good for you, it can improve circulation and strengthen muscles and joints, helping you maintain mobility. Our classes are especially designed for older people, to help you become fitter and increase your vitality and confidence.
These enjoyable exercise classes are seated however there is the option to stand if you feel confident to do so, the class incorporates exercise and movement, are tailored to individual needs so that everyone can reach their full potential at a safe level that will improve their health and mobility.
Performing our exercises will help to prevent falls, improve your mobility and general wellbeing. As well as helping you to become more physically active, the classes are a great way to get out, socialise and meet new friends.
Don't worry if you've not done much for a while, the seated exercise classes are gentle and easy to follow.
