These enjoyable classes incorporate exercise and movement, performing our exercises will help to prevent falls, improve your mobility and general wellbeing.
As well as helping you to become more physically active, the classes are a great way to get out, socialise and meet new friends. Don't worry if you've not done much for a while, the exercise classes are gentle and easy to follow.
